How to place the order?
To receive a commercial quotation, please send us your inquiry including the following information:

material name;

required supply form (ingot, sheet, rod, powder, blank, etc.);

chemical purity or grade;

dimensions and tolerances;

purchase volume;
-
packaging and documentation requirements.
If you have drawings, specifications, or technical requirements, please attach them to your inquiry. This will enable us to provide the most suitable solution more efficiently.
How we control the quality?
All products are supplied with a full set of accompanying documentation. Upon request, we can provide:

Certificates of Analysis (COA);

Certificates of Origin;

Test Reports;
-
documentation confirming compliance with international standards.
If required, independent inspection and additional quality control can be arranged prior to shipment.
How we deliver?
We arrange worldwide deliveries and select the most efficient logistics solutions based on each customer’s specific requirements. Various delivery terms are available in accordance with Incoterms.
We have extensive experience in obtaining the necessary export licenses and in handling import customs procedures in multiple countries. We provide full shipment support at every stage, from order placement to final delivery.
How long is lead time?
Lead times depend on product availability in stock, manufacturing complexity, and the delivery route. Specific delivery timelines are indicated in the commercial offer. However, on average, each shipment within our product range is delivered within 2 to 4 months from the date of advance payment to delivery to your country’s border.
